About

Battle at the Barracks has strived to offer local athletes a place to showcase their talents and skill sets.  With Battle at the Barracks I in 2012, Battle at the Barracks II in 2013, Battle at the Barracks REMIX in 2013, Battle at the Barracks 3 in 2014, and Battle at the Barracks IV in winter 2015, Battle at the Barracks V in summer 2015 we have provided over 1,000 athletes a platform to perform.  Battle at the Barracks VI will be an exciting 3 person team competition held at CrossFit Barracks in San Diego, CA.  We hope to make this a great event.

DIVISIONS: 3 Divisions ( advanced, intermediate, scaled )

WODs

In 10 minutes, each partner establishes:
5RM Front Squat

-One works a time.
-Score equals combined total of all 3 partners last fully completed 3 rep.
-No partial scores.

At the 10 minute mark:
AMRAP IN 8 minutes:

5 Box Jump overs
100m Sprint
3 Deadlifts

-Relay style (Partner A completes 1 full round, then tags Partner B, and then Partner C)
-Score equals total amount of Rounds and Reps.
